Join presenters Julia Burns and Laurie Price with Clarity for this practical training. Julia has extensive experience in consulting for nonprofit organizations and has facilitated strategic planning for many clients. Laurie, with over 20 years in nonprofit CEO roles, brings her expertise in leadership succession and board development. This training is part of the Eleanor Ashby Beaches Series, which is open to all nonprofits working in or serving the Beaches region of Northeast Florida. The workshop aims to strengthen organizations across various mission areas and is free for Nonprofit Center member organizations located in or serving the Beaches.
