This community volunteer event offers attendees a hands-on opportunity to support a local farm sanctuary that cares for rescued animals. Participants will be able to help with activities such as filling water containers, raking stalls or paddocks, grooming animals, and assisting with other animal-care needs. The event is open to members, family, and friends, and children under 10 can take part in a farm tour and spend time with the animals instead of volunteering. Attendees are encouraged to bring carrots and apples to share as healthy treats for the animals, and donations can also be made through the sanctuary’s wish list. A waiver is required for each person attending.
