This community connection event offers attendees an opportunity to support military veterans through a hands-on volunteer activity and a behind-the-scenes visit to K9s For Warriors. Participants will tour the kennels, learn more about the organization’s work, and write thank-you cards for veterans. The experience provides a closer look at how trained service dogs are paired with veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma, while giving attendees a meaningful way to show appreciation and support for the veteran community.
