Small Business Bootcamp Series: Business Planning is a small business training session focused on using the Business Model Canvas as a clear, visual way to understand and organize a business. The session explains how the Business Model Canvas highlights key strategic factors and serves as an easy-to-digest overview of how a company works, including its customers, revenue streams, and broader business structure. Attendees will learn how the nine blocks of the canvas cover three core business areas: desirability, feasibility, and viability. This session is designed for those looking to better understand the main idea of a business and how its key parts work together. This session does not count toward continued education credit.
