Sustained Collaboration Clinics: Exploring Partnerships & Mergers (Option 2)

Organizer: Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida
The Sustained Collaboration Clinics are designed to assist nonprofit leaders in exploring innovative ways to enhance their impact through deeper collaboration. These two-hour sessions are tailored for Executive Directors and Board leaders, focusing on various collaboration models such as shared services, joint programming, and mergers. Participants will engage in discussions and activities that help assess their organization's readiness for strategic partnerships. The clinics utilize the La Piana Mergers & Alliances Toolkit to guide attendees through the initial stages of the merger process, including assessing organizational culture, identifying potential partners, and understanding the implications of collaboration. This structured environment encourages nonprofit leaders to evaluate their goals and readiness for deeper collaboration, providing them with practical tools and insights to take back to their organizations. The sessions are intentionally limited to small groups to foster meaningful dialogue and exploration of next steps.
