Participants will engage in discussions and activities that help assess their organization's readiness for strategic partnerships. The clinics utilize the La Piana Mergers & Alliances Toolkit to guide attendees through the initial stages of the merger process, including assessing organizational culture, identifying potential partners, and understanding the implications of collaboration. This structured environment encourages nonprofit leaders to evaluate their goals and readiness for deeper collaboration, providing them with practical tools and insights to take back to their organizations.
