Sustained Collaboration Clinics: Exploring Partnerships & Mergers (Option 2)

Organizer: Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida
Sustained Collaboration Clinics: Exploring Partnerships & Mergers is a facilitated session designed for nonprofit Executive Directors and board leaders who want to better understand deeper collaboration models. The clinic explores a range of options, from informal partnerships, shared services, and joint programming to strategic alliances, mergers, and acquisitions. Attendees can expect presentation, discussion, reflection activities, and practical worksheets focused on why an organization may consider strategic partnership, what outcomes it hopes to achieve, leadership and board readiness, organizational culture, change management, risk tolerance, and identifying potential partners. The session is designed to provide a neutral, structured environment where nonprofit leaders can assess readiness, build shared understanding, and identify possible next steps.
