Strategic Leadership Summit is a half-day HR leadership event focused on helping attendees maximize and maintain their seat at the table through strategic business-focused content. The summit is designed for HR leaders across functions, small business owners, business leaders who oversee HR, and managers or supervisors with a direct interest in human resources. Attendees will experience speaker-led sessions covering accountability at work, people analytics, organizational integrity, and HR partnership in today’s modern workplace. Topics include practical techniques for getting important work done, using objective data to support business decisions, creating an ethical culture, and aligning HR priorities with business and employee needs. The event also includes networking, lunch, sponsor visits, and opportunities to earn SHRM and HRCI business credits, including an ethics requirement.
