This session is part of a three-part Civic Action Series designed to strengthen nonprofit capacity for civic engagement and advocacy across Northeast Florida. You’ll dig into how to turn community priorities into action by demystifying local civic systems—how decisions get made, where power lives, and how nonprofits can engage effectively and legally in mission-aligned advocacy. The workshop is interactive and hands-on, with time to start building practical tools you can use right away, including the early pieces of an advocacy toolkit and action strategies that translate community needs into concrete steps for change.
